From the very beginning, they were patient, approachable, and genuinely interested in understanding my goals rather than just pushing options. They took the time to explain everything clearly from course selection to application processes which made the whole journey much less stressful. What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency. They didn’t make unrealistic promises and always gave practical advice based on my profile. Whenever I had questions, they responded promptly and made sure I felt confident about each step. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to make informed decisions about my education and future plans.
